A Leauge of Our Own

The Rocky Mountain Diving League (RMDL) is a competitive series that provides accessible regional meets across Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico by greatly reducing the high costs and investment of time of distant travel often associated with diving competitions. By fostering a strong sense of community among divers, coaches, and families, the RMDL offers opportunities for athletes at all ability levels, including Novice and Junior events. Serving as a key preparation platform, the league bridges the gap in the competitive calendar, offering year-round opportunities to develop skills and gain meet experience, ensuring divers are ready for success at USA Diving and AAU National and Qualifying events held from late April to late July. By supporting individual athletes and programs, the RMDL helps advance the sport of Springboard and Platform Diving.
